A stalker has been making constant calls to Koki, expressing his feelings for her. Everytime he calls up, Gopi is never present. Hence, the suspicion falls on poor Gopi. However, the truth reveals itself later and Gopi is let go. The team then comes up with plan to capture the man and arrest him. The plan is going out well however, Gopi made a mistake and reveals his identity. Will the team capture the stalker and arrest him. FIR is a story about a Haryanvi Lady Police Inspector. The story revolves around her and her sub- constables antics.
